The Fall 2021 be well magazine
It's hard to believe we're in the final stretch of 2021. We made it through 2020 with great expectations for 2021. At minimum, I thought we would have the Pandemic behind us, but instead it's becoming our new normal.
All we do is WIN is an affirmation and our theme for this quarter’s Be Well Magazine issue. Wendy Campbell, was selected as our cover contributor for several reasons.

My Grandfather was one of my favorite people in the world. He was the first entrepreneur I knew personally. He owned land and rental properties in the little town of Rillito, where my family grew up. We even have a Campbell Street there. I didn’t know it at the time, but he was building a legacy for his children to leave to their children.

Over the years, I've heard this saying and I believe it to be true. As a financial planner, I believe it is imperative to track and be fully aware of your net worth aka “wealth”, which is your assets minus your liabilities. However, numbers tell a story. If you speak with anyone about their net worth they will tell you what was involved in arriving at their own net worth whether it was an investment, an inheritance, a bankruptcy, or a large loan.

In our post-pandemic world, we are hearing a lot as it relates to collaborating in order to make success happen. From corporate entities bringing resources together for community problem solving, to team members collaborating to enhance special project outcomes, to individuals bringing resources together to ensure success for the collective whole; collaboration has proven to lead to stronger, more productive outcomes for all.

Well, HELLO SUMMER! ☀️☀️☀️
This is a wonderful time of the year, especially for those of us who live in the Midwest. Our winters can often be long and brutal, but summer is finally here.
S.I.S. Sisters in success
By Cyrena Martin
You never make that initial contact or introduce yourself. Why is there such hesitation to jump at the opportunity to congratulate our sisters for their style, charisma, and accomplishments? And even more importantly, why don’t successful, powerful women in leadership take the time to coach, mentor and uplift those who are struggling to start a business, get promoted, or secure a seat in the executive board room?

Although I have always believed that two or more brains are better than one when taking the necessary risks to achieve your dreams, it has taken me about 40 years to attract and work with colleagues who are not only talented but healthy, functional, and fun.
