Meet Beatrice Johnson In The Spotlight - The Power of Homeownership

My name is Beatrice Johnson and I’m a real estate agent with the Iron Edge Realty Group at Coldwell Banker. Right now we are one of the biggest investment groups in Coldwell.

We offer full services that include specializing in real estate sales, first time home buying, home buying for veterans, and real estate investment.

I started off on the investment side of real estate and decided I wanted to do more in my community by helping people obtain home ownership. I’ve been an entrepreneur for about 15 years now, and I’ve found that real estate is one of the keys to my wealth. I wanted to learn more about real estate, so I teamed up with 3 other women. At first, I couldn’t believe what I was learning, and how knowledgeable and confident I became. This has made me feel obligated to share and teach what I know with others.

One the successes of which I am most proud happened from November to December of 2023. This is when I helped 3 young people buy a home. The joy that particular accomplishment gave me was truly an affirmation that real estate is the field in which I belong. Currently, I’m focusing on my next goal which is to build my portfolio as an investor. Of course, I plan to continue educating people about home buying, supporting them through their journey to become homeowners, and also teaching them how to take advantage of real estate investment opportunities.

I believe that successful entrepreneurship is about building relationships, no matter what your business. And, I’ve met some amazing people through the Be Well for Women network and have had some amazing opportunities to grow my brand. So, I encourage other entrepreneurs, especially those just starting up, to do the same. Don’t be a secret business owner!

I truly believe that the real estate business is a people’s business, so what I focus on most is the building of trusting relationships that will last a lifetime. Every business transaction I perform is very personal to me. I put people before profit and I know that with a business model like this, I simply can’t go wrong.

​This summer, I’m going to have a brunch for all of my homebuyers to show them my appreciation for trusting me to help them navigate through one of the biggest decisions in life.
