Educating over and over the myths associated with network marketing becomes a struggle sometimes. 1. ONLY the Top Person Makes the Good Money. Response: Typically the creator or founder of any business model earns the most income. I’ve never understood why that point is always so magnified in network marketing. Is it the case at the company you work for that the owner earns the most? 2. They are Illegal Pyramids. Response: Pyramids don’t include a product or service. Travel is a service, legal shield is a service, Mary Kay and Avon are products. Research the company, leadership, culture and comp plan before deciding what’s a good fit. Pyramid income is not reported to IRS. A pyramid scheme is a fraudulent system of making money based on recruiting an ever-increasing number of "investors." The initial promoters recruit investors, who in turn recruit more investors, and so on. The scheme is called a "pyramid" because at each level, the number of investors increases. 3. The Program Is Going To Become Saturated. Response: Travel and tourism GDP is predicted to grow, on average, at 5.8 percent a year between 2022 and 2032, outpacing the growth of the overall economy at an expected 2.7 percent a year. 5.Aug 1, 2023 https://www.mckinsey.com Research if the product of service you’re considering is already saturated. Travel isn’t! 4. They Do Not Work. Response: Rarely does anything work if you’re uncommitted, inconsistent and lack self awareness in your strengths, we all have strengths! Select the right product or service. Select something that you feel aligned with when considering network marketing. For example, I selected travel because I personally wanted to travel more. Travel is why I started but as I approach my 7th year as a network marketing professional with the same company, I understand a bigger vision and here’s why I stay and would never leave. It’s much more than travel. Many people may want to travel but don’t have the personal, time or financial freedom to travel. I’m making progress with these 3 freedoms and helping those I partner with to do the same. (message me to learn more) My network marketing company allows access to residual income, leveraged income and commissions on my own travel as well as 10% of the commissions of my frontline partners. No inventory, no quotas. I can book as much or a little travel as I want. I can work to build a team as small or as large as I decide! So can you!! 5. You Are Not Going To Get Rich in Network Marketing. Response: The goal for most is not to become “rich” in network marketing. Yes, there’s a few people that have become rich, but that’s rare. Many network marketers are earning $500 - $1000 minimum monthly residually. That’s enough to change a zip code, tuition, invest or save. The reality is it may not happen for you overnight but stay the course it will happen. Set your own goals, run your own race. Reality check: There’s coaches with no clients. Some are RICH! There’s realtors that invest fees annually and never sold a home. Some are RICH! There’s hair dressers, nail techs and massage therapist that are made aware sooner than later there’s only so many heads you can do, hands and feet you can serve and bodies you can rub. Some are RICH! If you’re an existing or future entrepreneur remember, It’s about doing what you love, minimizing the risk, personal development and relationships. Consider examining different business models before blindly condemning one over the other. Network Marketing isn’t the only way it’s just a way that allows me collapse the time towards my goals. It may or may not be for you but then again it may be perfect for you! Have realistic expectations and don’t call it a “get rich scheme and get mad when you don’t get rich, quick!” #bluejacketbehavior #buildingnotbegging #respectthefourdollars Click the link, watch the video and “Be Well Connected, Informed and Inspired.” https://youtu.be/n5Nz4hY5bjQ?si=IBr12G3h9ORpbkXs
