At any one time, Holland B. Nance is a writer, speaker, and entrepreneur who desires to impact lives with the liberating truth of Jesus Christ. As the Founder/Owner of PROPEL® Coaching and Consulting Solutions, LLC, she provides strategic solutions to personal and professional challenges through coaching, training, and organizational consultation for individuals, groups, and teams. 

Holland honed her skills through years of management and leadership experience working with corporations, small businesses, as well as non-profit organizations.

Holland is extremely skilled in vision-casting, the art of communicating a clear and compelling vision of the future to a group of people. She’s able to inspire and motivate them to work toward a shared goal. Another powerful skill that Holland is proficient with is the practice of servant leadership. This is a contemporary approach in which a leader is in service to and involves others in decision making, demonstrates ethical and caring behavior, and enhances the growth of workers while improving the caring and quality of organizational life.

Additionally, Holland is a certified team member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, one of the world’s most recognized  leadership authorities founded by John C. Maxwell, and is a certified Behavioral Analysis Trainer. Holland is also a licensed minister, whose purpose is to be a messenger of hope and encouragement.

Holland has also used her strong moral and spiritual intelligences to create two powerful human growth and development resources. She is the creator of The Promise Mindset™ Coaching program, which is designed to encourage and support the achievement of long-standing goals through mindset elevation
utilizing the Biblical promises of God and their Biblical identity. Holland is also the author of the book titled,
I’m Accepted: WALKing the Journey from Rejection to Freedom, and an accompanying workbook. In this book, Holland shares her journey of healing from rejection and childhood sexual molestation through her faith in God, and the application of the truths of the Bible.
