I am the owner and CEO of Holy Mind N Body Experiential, LLC (Therapy Practice), a Marketing Representative through PlanNet Marketing Network, and owner of Family First Travel Agency through Inteletravel.

I am a 54-year-old woman of God, a mother, an educator, a religious speaker, an author, a marriage and family therapist, and an entrepreneur.

Holy Mind N Body Experiential, LLC is a therapy practice where individuals, couples, families and marriages receive counseling services to have their mental and emotional needs fulfilled. PlanNet Marketing is a networking opportunity that provides personal freedom, “time freedom”, and financial freedom through collaborative economics. Inteletravel/Family First Travel is a travel agency that provides individuals, families, groups, and business organizations with the opportunity to receive travel itinerary and bookings to their discretion.

My Journey and Inspiration for Becoming an Entrepreneur
I always had a desire to be an entrepreneur when I was growing up. During award assemblies in grammar school, I remember how good I felt to hear my name called, with “Pomp and Circumstances” playing loudly in the background. I earned many awards, I felt like a winner, and I never wanted to leave those moments. I wanted it to be a forever successful moment of winning. Fast tracking to adulthood, my very first entrepreneurial adventure was Mary Kay. I gained the courage to step outside of my comfort zone and do something I’d never done. I learned how to service people and manage my products. And, although I had a problem tracking my sales, I learned what I was and wasn’t good at doing.

Many years went by, and I tried the insurance industry. I quit within 30 days, having realized I didn’t like that sales approach and the many turn-downs. It was in 2019, after a traumatic experience in my marriage and after much prayer, that I finally realized my true and creative calling was in mental health for relationships. I went back to school and obtained a second master’s degree, specializing in marriage and family therapy. After graduating, and with the support of a mentor, in February of 2023, I opened my own practice.

Significant Milestones & Accomplishments
Prior to the doors of the therapy practice opening, and knowing I would be traveling, I decided to find a travel agency to attach to my business. In November of 2022, I joined PlanNet Marketing and Inteletravel. In less than a year I ranked at the top 2% in the organization, the result of helping more than 10 families obtain their own business.

While I’m so grateful for my business relationships, collaborative economics, and being freed up from micro-management, the most rewarding and inspiring moments of being an entrepreneur for me is the personal development. For many years I felt inadequate, and doubted my success. Today, I speak with confidence, without self-judging or self-sabotaging. I am better at accepting rejection, understanding that it is not personal. I also travel more than ever in my life. In January of 2023, I went out of the country for the first time, on a cruise ship to the Bahamas and Nassau. And, my journey of self-discovery and self-love, which definitely has not been easy, continues as I have finally found a way to leverage my private practice, create freedom, and a family legacy.
