Vendor for Be Well Women's Retreat
VENDOR INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES
- Event date, Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 8-5 pm
- Vendor Fee $125.00 Non-Refundable includes light snacks
- Set Up Time: Vendors can begin to set up at 7:30 am
- Break Down: Vendors can break down at 5:00 pm
- One table, tablecloth and one chair will be provided
- Vendor must only sell what is listed on the application
- Once payment is received, you are a vendor for the Breakdown to Breakthrough 3 Day Retreat.
- Signage should be professional and legible.
- Please leave your area in the same initial condition.
- Please do not leave your table unattended. We are NOT responsible for any theft or loss.
- No recording of the event is allowed.
- All vendors are asked to participate in the raffle. Upon check in, please kindly give your raffle item.
- We have a few additional spots for both participants and vendors so please spread the word. Please do NOT forward this registration, but feel free to share the application with others. Once approved, they will receive the registration.
- Vendor fee includes access to the event for only ONE person on Sunday, September 12th.
- Facial masks are required to be worn at all times.
- Note: We reserve the right to censor any booth.
