Women are often experts at loving and taking care of what needs to be tended to around us, things outside of us and often neglecting ourselves until we are completely depleted of any and every form of strength or desire to continue forward. Or worse yet, until we are flat on our backs, looking up in dismay.

Although Daniel did not have internet and social media, I am sure there were enough distractions in his life that required him to set aside time to fellowship with God.
