By Cyrena Martin I have had the same New Year’s resolution for the last 4 years and this year will not be any different. On December 31, 2021; when the countdown begins as we enter a brand-new year, I will again commit to the same exact New Year’s resolution. My new year resolution, again this year, will be to remain stress and drama free throughout 2022 and as long as I am on this earth.

By Wendy Campbell My Grandfather was one of my favorite people in the world. He was the first entrepreneur I knew personally. He owned land and rental properties in the little town of Rillito, where my family grew up. We even have a Campbell Street there. I didn’t know it at the time, but he was building a legacy for his children to leave to their children.
By Conchetta Jones I have decided to share some simple tips that you can implement into your life immediately. Often, we receive information and advice that is complicated to carry out; there are just too many steps. By Cyrena Martin You never make that initial contact or introduce yourself. Why is there such hesitation to jump at the opportunity to congratulate our sisters for their style, charisma, and accomplishments? And even more importantly, why don’t successful, powerful women in leadership take the time to coach, mentor and uplift those who are struggling to start a business, get promoted, or secure a seat in the executive board room?
By Cyrena Martin Are you feeling overwhelmed? Anxious? Like things are spiraling out of your control? You are not alone! We are all experiencing a situation that we have never been through before and have no idea when things will go back to the way they were (if EVER). We are adapting to a worldwide pandemic which has changed the way we do almost everything. Essential workers are overworked and exhausted. We thank you for all that you do for us, our families, and our communities. Employees, many of whom are now working from home, are spending endless hours at their computers and feeling like they are at work 24 hours a day. We must create balance.
